Stamp duty (England and Northern Ireland)
First-time buyers pay 0% on the first £300,000 of a home costing up to £500,000. Scotland (LBTT) and Wales (LTT) are different.
To get the relief, everyone buying must never have owned a home anywhere in the world, and you must plan to live in it.
